Mission
Move Well is a concise practical manual that helps you be self-reliant in maintaining back, neck and shoulder health. Easy-to-follow instructions guide you through safe core strength exercises, easy stretches and healthy posture habits for daily life.
Your time is valuable; that's why we focused on key exercises that are achievable and time-efficient. You or your health care provider can select from the ten strength exercises, four stretches and nine posture activities.
We created the booklet in physical form as a portable, attractive and easy-to-use alternative to viewing a small screen. An E-book is in the works.

Our Story
Suzanne is an APTA member and physical therapist, and Sharon is a Pilates and yoga-based movement instructor. We aid client recovery by prescribing exercises and postural education. We created the booklet because we couldn't find printed material that clearly demonstrated safe, effective practices. In Move Well, we've distilled our passion, study, and thirty years of experience working with thousands of people into a clear and concise booklet.
